Explore Moose Mountains is a non-profit organization whose mission is to strengthen the regional economy of the Moose Mountains Region of NH by promoting all the unique businesses, destinations, and events in its towns and villages consisting of Brookfield, Farmington, Middleton, Milton, New Durham, Wakefield, and Wolfeboro. Come to the New Hampshire that feels like HOME.

FEATURED DESTINATION

Cotton Valley Rail Trail

A 12+ mile rail trail extending from Wolfeboro through Brookfield and ending in Wakefield NH. This beautifully maintained trail is available for use by foot, bike or even motor car and traverses past lakes, streams, through woods and fields. Hop on at either end or along the stretch at multiple parking stops. Opportunities for wildlife viewing, fishing and connecting back to nature.

The trail is maintained by the Cotton Valley Rail Trail Club.
