Seven Suns Creperie combined a love of great coffee and tea with a passion for excellent service to open its own coffee roasting company in 2012. They showcase their fresh roasted coffee in a cafe in the heart of downtown Wolfeboro, NH. They are located across from the historic train station, which serves as the local chamber of commerce, overlooking the back bay off of pristine Lake Winnepesaukee.

They strive to bring you the top coffees of the world, carefully roasted to perfection, brewed with precision and accuracy.  Farmers take the meticulous care from seed to harvest. They strive to complete the process with the same fastidious accuracy. They take the time to profile each bean, finding which roast best showcases each beans complex balance of origin and roast flavors. They roast the coffee in small batches to ensure the quality is excellent. Freshness is key to good quality coffee, so they roast several times a week to ensure an outstanding cup.

Additionally, they offer prized organic single origin teas, as well as a selection of high quality organic tea blends. Their loose tea is steeped to order, best enjoyed in glass cups where you can watch the transformation. They also retail their loose teas for your at-home enjoyment.

To accompany your beverage, they offer a variety of gourmet made to order sweet and savory crepes. This gourmet french street food is made to order and perfect morning, noon, and night. In the summer farming season of NH they work with a local organic farm to source part of our produce. Unconditionally, throughout the year they are committed to food quality.
