Wolfeboro
The Lone Wolfe Brewing Co., opened in June 2014 in the heart of downtown Wolfeboro, NH, as a one man one barrel brewery and tasting room. Since then, the husband and wife team of Jen and Graham Combes have constantly expanded and reinvented the food and beer offerings as well as the physical locations.
The brewery is located just a few miles out of town on the Combes’ family farm. A custom built 10 barrel brewhouse from Tigpro Stainless Fabrications, in Portland, ME, was installed during the first half of 2017, and production began in August, ’17. The brewery may have grown but head brewer, Graham, still finds himself holding down the one man operation at the farm. While the farm currently remains closed to the public, the original tasting room and brewery has moved across the street and has grown into a 100 seat beer hall with a full menu and bar.
The beer hall’s interior, designed by Jen Combes, reflects the rustic character of the original tasting room, and pays homage to the rich history of beer culture from around the world. The locally milled 27 foot live edge bar dominates the room, while authentic beer hall tables from Kulmbach, Germany create an inviting and relaxed environment for enjoying a fresh meal with family, or a round of drinks with friends. With 10 rotating draft lines of offerings brewed from both locations, hand squeezed margaritas and fresh local produce the Lone Wolfe strives to indulge your senses.
